I really want to use the Slack integration, as it would be helpful to answer questions and also collect questions folks have in our teams Slack channel.

As soon as we launched Guru, I deployed a knowledge agent in Slack. Immediately, the bot was interjecting on niche questions… just to repeatedly tell people it didn’t know the answer. 

It really damaged people’s opinion of the new tool at launch, to the point I had to disable it. It would be fantastic if there was an option to allow the Slack knowledge agent to not respond to questions it doesn’t have answers to. 

I want to be able to see the questions people are asking and answer what we can, without repeatedly calling out that our source of truth doesn’t have all the answers yet!
