AND Conditions are great! But as I’m building these out for my account team, I’m finding that they’re often responding to a variety of phrases people use to ask the same question. An OR condition would allow me to encompass all of those in one Trigger, without needing to make a bunch of Triggers.

If I can add to this suggestion, it appears that triggers are raised/considered when the trigger word is apart of another word. (So for example, we set a triggers on the acronym “mbi” and because “combination” was on the url it raised the trigger inadvertently). Seems like a workaround to this might be adding a space behind the trigger word “mbi “, but wondering if there might be a better solution for this built in? Thank you!
