Our locations are listed in Guru (for example, if I worked in Detroit, my location would be listed as Michigan) but this isn’t searchable. That means that if we’re trying to gather a list of employees located in a given state, we can’t use our Guru profiles to do this quickly. If I search for a state in our Guru search bar, it shows me 0 people, even though I know for a fact we have people in that location. It’d be great to be able to search for a location and see a list of people in that location, or to click a location in someone’s profile and see other people in that location.

Additionally, I’d like to be able to click on the Team name in the profile and have that jump me to the Org Chart and show me the team list. This would make it so easy to quickly see who’s on what team with whom.
