Just to save a little time on having to repeatedly type out the same basic reasons a card was edited, it would be nice if, when prompted to enter a description of the change being made, you could either type in manually OR choose from a dropdown of common changes - e.g. “Typo corrected,” “Formatting updated,” “Policy Change,” etc. Maybe you could add your own custom options as well based on changes specific to your org.

It could also be nice to be able to indicate the “importance” of a change - just a spelling or grammar fix isn’t something anyone really needs to be aware of, but for an edit that would cause an agent behavior change (e.g. changing a refund policy), maybe we could add a little exclamation point icon or something next to the “updated X days ago” text.
