I am pulling lots of data from Guru right now as we put together a new intiative for improving internal docs at my company. However, I don’t always understand what a metric is supposed to be - sometimes the name alone doesn’t clarify. Example: in Knowledge Usage > Missing Knowledge > Non-Results Count - what does “non-results count” mean? Is this the number of times a user searched for this exact term during the specified date range and got 0 results? I tried searching for this exact term (non-results count) and Guru’s Help Center had 0 results. (Oh, the irony!)

 

It would be immensely helpful to have a comprehensive reference guide that defines all available metrics in the Analytics dashboards so that if I’m trying to pull data for a presentation, I can confidently tell people what these metrics mean.
