Are you using Slack, Microsoft Teams, or something else for internal chat?

Hey everyone! Based on the feedback we got from last week's office hours, let's kick off some conversation around our tech stacks. To start: Are you using Slack, Microsoft Teams, or something else for internal chat?

Adding to say we also use Chatter in SFDC when it comes to deals.

@katie.vermilyea oh that's interesting! In addition to Slack?

@ssundell Yeah, because Chatter leaves the "digital paper trail" related to deal convos in SFDC. Slack is a black hole for that.

Org wide, and majority of questions, Slack. But for deal conversations (finance/legal), and most other account-based questions, Chatter. Not a fan of Chatter, but it indexes history better than Slack.

That makes sense! Do you ever find that there are repeated conversations because of the two tools or does the context prevent that? Curious if anyone else uses multiple tools as well.

Same situation as Katie w/ Chatter in both previous org and in current org. Previous org moved from Slack to teams (not my choice), current org was slow to adopt teams (Skype for business still enabled, concurrent to teams), and we're fixing that.
