I‘m looking for some ideas on how some organizations managed to promote and make a use of the ask an expert function in Guru? We’re trying to promote it to make sure that the creation of knowledge is trackable and easier for our teams. But we often hear a valid point that when you’re asking in Guru, you can either ask a specific person or the entire collection which may be tens of people. It’s intimidating to ask one person if you’re not sure who to ask and there’s lack of accountability if you ask 20 people.
Does anyone have any use story of how to motivate people to use the Ask an Expert function? For example more granular user groups? But with that comes the question of sustainability and maintenance.
