The majority of our knowledge agents are tied to only one market collection because this helps the AI provide more accurate information for that specific market. However, while we intentionally avoid adding the Global collection to market-specific knowledge, we still need the ability to access certain Global individual cards.
Is it possible to assign multiple collections to a card?
Hey Varia, great question! The goal of Knowledge Agents is to refine your search for a specific experience. If anyone still needs access to Cards outside of the Global Collection, they can always search outside of that Knowledge Agent, as long as they have access to the Collection.
