It is mad simple, but we have a "release timeline" card that literally gives a list of what stuff we released in reverse chronological order. The items are primarily all customer or client-facing. We try to keep the list itself updated with each relevant deployment. After a full year there is a quick summary of the large initiatives accomplished (as overview).

The card is super useful if/when Sales is talking to a former customer, or simply when trying to remember when we did x, y, or z without combing through Jira.

@shona I love that! Would you be comfortable sharing a screenshot? No worries if not, just curious how you lay it out. We do a feature summary per launch, so when you pull up the board theres at least cards in chronological order.
