Anyone have ideas around documenting your overall Guru collection/folder structure? Similar to an org chart, where any employee could view this document at a high level and know where to go for certain information?

I think documenting the structure for admin purposes is a good idea so you can evaluate the IA anytime with ease but I don't think it would be a good resource for users.

Ideally your IA should be clear enough to users that they don't need to reference an external resource to navigate it. If that's the case I would bet the IA is too complex or doesn't fit their view of how the information should be used.
