Examples of Project Management Cards in Guru?

Hey everyone! How do support project management efforts with Guru? We’re looking to find some examples of project management Guru Cards to turn into templates!

 

If you use Guru in tandem with other tools like team chat apps and project management tools (i.e. Asana or Monday.Com), what information lives in Guru? How often do you point people back to that information, and keep that information updated through out the project?

 

Share screenshots and examples below! We’d love to get some inspiration, and with your permission, turn your ideas into Guru Card templates that will be featured along with other Guru Card templates.

For larger projects, we create a Guru card with high-level info on what the product/feature will be, why we are doing it, list the benefits or value statement, and features included. This is shared early in the project and updated as we move forward. The intent is to have a living document that introduces the idea, then when we’re ready to beta test it’s all ready with explanation and FAQs that have come up along the way. The card is used when training CS so they can see their documentation from start to finish and learn to use/love Guru for details on said product/feature. 

 

Here’s a partial screenshot of a card used this way. The feature was released to GA earlier this month!
