Guru is not able to find content related to terms that are composed of two (or more) words.

Although I have updated our content and made it very clear how service dogs need to be treated, Guru is not able to find an answer, because it looks for “service” and for “dogs” and doesn’t recognize “service dog” as one term. The same happens with other examples. This is very limiting to our teams.
