@ssundell walked through the steps in a recent
blogpost, but essentially, the biggest challenges we faced were around getting our product team on the same page to release updates on time, having the right documentation in place so everyone could speak to the updates correctly, and putting that knowledge in the right place so folks could leverage it in the future. We found that thinking about our approach in phases helped us organize our knowledge.
