Loving this post by @jsoffa that just came out on the Guru blog! I know all teams struggle with their own versions of internal communications "noise" - notifications, pings, information overload all around. Guru, especially last year, had to take a closer look at our communications norms to improve the way we shared information and collaborated. @crojewski wow! This is amazing. Great job at taking a hard look at comms (one of the hardest things to make change in at an org) through a process lens. I'm sharing this to my company, I'm eager to hear how things work out.
