Hi everyone! 

I’m new to the Guru community and I’m looking to improve our team’s knowledge on All-things-Guru! Whether it be tools or analytics - how can I leverage this to enable our team on Guru and it’s use? More importantly, I’d love to know what strategies you all have come up with to make sure Guru stays up to date and keeping up with company knowledge overall as new products get rolled out or processes change! 

Would love to connect and know more!

Thanks for sharing! The Community here is a great place to learn from others, as well as share and upvote feedback. You’ve come to the right place!

You might also wish to join in on our group workshops, which can be found on this page.  Our 4-part Getting Started series is a good place to start. You can find our past recorded sessions in that link (though it might be most beneficial to join in on our next rotation so you can participate live.) Other group workshops focus on specific areas in Guru and allow plenty of time for Q&A as well as breakout rooms to share and learn from each other. 

When we host in-person and virtual customer meet-ups, we’ll let you know with plenty of advance notice.
