The Support team at Guru recently revamped our product Q&A Cards - we use lots of product q&a Cards to help you all get the most out of Guru, and they previously lived in a Board in a Collection.
Since so many different teams at Guru use product Q&A’s (Support, Sales, Marketing, you name it!) we migrated the Cards into their own Product Q&A Collection, where we divided features out by Board:
The result:
- We use a Product Q&A template to standardize the look and feel of the Cards in the Collection
- Our team can search for Cards using both the Collection and individual Card tag.
