The problem: We have multiple slack channels and departments that are constantly making changes to product and systems. Often these conversations are with a select group of people not realizing that many other departments could be impacted by these updates. If you are not in ‘the slack’ channel and do not get tagged, you may miss something very valuable to prep your team or create resources/communications regarding this upcoming change.
The Question: Is there a central submission area for the entire organization to submit a ticket for the department's upcoming changes? Could these could be deposited to a central location, where teams can look at a glance in case they need to put measures/training in place for these upcoming departmental changes? Could these be pushed or tagged if you absolutely know a certain needs to be aware of this? But, again, the most important is that this lives on one central repository for all teams and departments to regularly reference.
