We have a slack channel where we get the team members to fill in a request form (using slack workflow) whenever they have a question/escalation. I applied trending topics but it doesn’t seem to use any content mentioned in there. Is there a way for the trending topics feature to use that content? Ideally only that content and nothing else.

At this time, Guru is reading Slack messages for trending topics and does not include Slack workflows. As workflows have become more widely used, we have heard similar customer requests for Guru to read them for AI Answers. I will relay your feedback to our team regarding trending topics, as well.
