Being able to Rebrand the URL of a GURU CardOpen

We would like to have the Option of a “rebranding-Package”.What I mean by that is to change the URL of a GURU Card into an onbrand URL. For example instead of “app.Guru.com/…/...” it should be “app.myCompany.com/…/...” This way our customers aren´t confused, if they need to register at “GURU” or if they got redirected to the wrong website. The public knowledge base of your company keeps being “onbrand” that way

Guru AI Answers! - Archive unrelated questions from Slack appScheduled

On occasion Guru’s AI Answers! bot in our Slack channel picks up on random side questions, or ones that are too specific, or do not need answers in our knowledge base.Our team is fully remote and used to casually ask questions throughout the day. It could be said that we should ask the team to be careful about asking questions, but I want to remove any barriers to asking questions.It would be really helpful to have an Admin level permission to be able to archive Question/Answers that are too specific, or we deem don’t need to be addressed in our knowledge base.

Allow folders filtering for source syncOpen

Hello,We would like to use a Google Drive as a data source, where all our data is gathered (including some that should not be synchronized with Guru). So we would like Guru to ignore certain folders. It would be fantastic to be able to define rules (RegEx-style?) to include or exclude folders and subfolders based on their names.Would this be a potential product improvement?Thank you!Jérôme Buniet

Bug - Duplicate cards appearing randomly in the same and other collections upon updateOpen

Cards are duplicating themselves when I update them/reverify them. The duplicate consistently appears outside of the folder structure of whichever collection I find it in, which makes it a bit easier to catch. These duplicates are not appearing under the “duplicate detector.” Example below.  A similar issue occurred when I imported a large group of Word docs. All 250 documents appeared in two different collections, despite uploading them directly to one collection. It was very time consuming to delete them because the Card Manager does not sort by collection, nor can multiple cards be selected in the main area of the collection.

Move folder or page to different workspace

Hi,We want to move a folder with different pages to a different workspace. We have the option to move a folder to a different collection within the same workspace but not to a different one.

Bug - Guru AI answers does not accurately read from tablesOpen

Guru’s AI answers functionality doesn’t accurately read information from tables. I’ve tried adjusting the tables many times, but I consistently see the AI giving blatantly wrong answers to questions that are clearly marked as Yes/No within a table. I’ve written into Support about this, and they have acknowledged it as a bug and suggested that I move everything into Google Sheets or translate the tables into full sentences. Both of these solutions seem inadequate to me and would require a huge lift to migrate a ton of content that we just put into Guru back out of Guru and then link it as a source.  Is there an update on when the AI will be able to reliably read content from tables? Or any guidelines as to how to make the tables more legible to the AI answers?

Guru & Zendesk - AI Suggest is no longer available. Does the new Enterprise AI Search surface cards automatically in Zendesk?

Hey folks - I work in Customer Support and I got a new job recently. I got them to get Guru because of the AI Suggest feature. I hear it’s being sunsetted in place of Enterprise AI.AI Suggest was really helpful because it looked at everything on the screen and was incredibly accurate with the cards it suggested. Guru was a repository for bugs, internal troubleshooting, and a sync with our Zendesk Help Center.I just watched the Enterprise AI Search webinar and it was only focused on using it for things like employees looking up how to do a certain process or asking questions in Slack. At my previous job and this one, we get quite complex tickets. The ability of Guru to read that and suggest cards was invaluable.I’m not clear how this Enterprise AI Search will work with Zendesk tickets now, if it all. I haven’t been able to try it yet as I reached out to Guru support to trial the Enterprise plan for AI Suggest so I could show its value to the team and leadership. That’s when I was told t

Enable Google Shared Drive as a Top-Level Source in GuruOpen

We would like to request the ability to add an entire Google Shared Drive as a source in Guru, rather than being limited to selecting individual folders. The current limitation creates significant administrative overhead, as every time a Sales team member creates a new folder, an Admin must manually add it as a source in Guru.The current workaround would be to create a generic “AI-Guru” folder and consolidate all sales-related folders within it. However, this approach is not ideal, as it disrupts the logical structure of the Shared Drive. Instead of seeing the full “Sales” directory as intended, users would only see the “AI-Guru” folder at the top level, requiring additional navigation to access relevant materials.Current Structure/Sales /Archive /Checklist /Company Details /Competitive Resources /Contracts /Customer Proposals/Decks/OFs /Customer Resources /Deck Templates /GTM Resources /Legal Templates /Partners /POCs Workar

Please develop the ability to link to external sources for information.  There should be some sort of generic website scraper that can be added as sources for Guru.  It doesn’t need to necessarily scrape an entire website, though I’m sure there could be use cases for that.  I’m thinking more along the lines of providing URL(s) to specific pages or articles to then create cards from, including text and images.Example:There are times, such as for IT Support, where it would be extremely helpful to be able to link to a service providers knowledge base or help center directly to ensure that documentation is kept up-to-date.  This would remove that burden from internal staff yet would still allow that type of knowledge to be sourced by Guru for our employee’s searches.

Add disclaimer to this Guru card Shopify Payments - Troubleshooting - Merchant Account ID RequestWon't Do

As a newbie, it was misleading to use this Guru card because it did not specify how to get the Merchant ID if they are using 3rd-party Payment provider. I tried to look for other Guru card about Merchant Account ID Request for 3rd-party Payment provider, but I cannot find any.

Alphabetize Cards within a folder (formerly "board")Open

I believe this to be a super simple ask, but, would love to have the ability to alphabetize cards within a folder!! Right now, we are attempting to keep it manually organized, but with new verifiers coming into the tool all the time, we'd like to be able to keep it consistent and easy to sort automatically!

Hey Guru team! We love Pages and were really excited for their launch. We are new but heavy users (we have 20 pages) of Pages. We have encountered a few dilemmas:Problem: a parent page needs to be deleted, but we must delete all of its sub-pages (which we don’t want to do). Solution: parent/children pages should be able to be moved and deleted independently of their relationship to one another Problem: we want consistent page templates for every department in our company. Since we cannot duplicate a page and there are no page templates available, 1 person is tasked with creating all pages so they all have the same look and feel. Solution: allow pages to be duplicated or allow page templates Problem: pages are taking up a lot of real estate in the left hand nav, since we have 20 pages. A number of these are sub-pages Solution: allow sub-pages to expand/collapse inside a parent page. See screenshot below. Thanks all for the great updates you’re always bringing to your customers!

It would be helpful if Tasks > To Read > Mentions were auto-resolved when a comment is resolved. Currently I have to take two actions for every comment. I have to action on the comment itself and also action on the mention task.

Can't full-screen cardsOpen

Many people at my org have complained about the lack of functionality to full-screen a card. We have plenty of runbooks that we stare at for a little while, and it’s just visual clutter to see the information as if it were just a pop-up and not a whole page. It makes the whole experience of viewing a card feel “temporary”.

It would be nice if the knowledge agent (search bar) could suggest what someone is trying to ask. Similar to google you know when you start typing it gives you suggestions before you finish the question. That would probably reduce the amount of questions that are similar but slightly different, causing a wrong, missing, or different answer.

OR Conditions for Knowledge TriggersOpen

AND Conditions are great! But as I’m building these out for my account team, I’m finding that they’re often responding to a variety of phrases people use to ask the same question. An OR condition would allow me to encompass all of those in one Trigger, without needing to make a bunch of Triggers.

Include Answers/AI questions in all usage reportsOpen

I’m struggling to make any real use of Guru analytics because they don’t include asking AI a question in the Group Impact or Group/User Drilldown reports. For my company, asking Guru a question is the #1 way most everyone is using Guru (apart from folks who are creating content in Guru). In order to measure Guru adoption across teams, we need to be able to see AI questions/answers reflected in the Group Impact and Group Drilldown reports. This way, we can get a holistic answer to the question “Are our employees consistently using Guru to look for information?” What I’d like to see in Analytics is:Under Group Impact > Feature Usage by Group, one of the measurements should be “AI searched” or something along those lines.  Under the Group and User Drilldown dashboard, AI search should also be included as an Action in the “Top Actions” report, and as an Event in the Events by User report.If anyone has a workaround to be able to see a holistic view of Guru adoption (including the use of

Listing card author when they are not approved to verifyOpen

We leverage the approval workflow and are struggling because we’d like to recognize authors.  Currently we are unable to do that as all reporting shows the author as the person who verified the card, not the one who created it.  Additionally, when those that created cards want to look back at what they created, they are unable to do so because they aren’t listed as the author.

Hi all! We are a pretty formal university and need to format our policies and procedures with “traditional” numbering styles like roman numerals or 1.1>1.1.1. Is there anything on the roadmap to allow authors to select an alternative list option?Right now we are using a bulleted list and then starting the line with the true header, but that’s not great from a presentation standpoint.

Add the ability to set a default knowledge agent for users and/or groupsOpen

I would like the ability to set a default knowledge agent for specific users and/or groups.  Guru has primarily been used by our customer support team for accessing cards related to user issues.  We are expanding to now use Guru as a company-wide knowledge base which will include cards on many internal topics from IT, HR, Finance, etc… All users will have access to this content.  For our customer support team, we would like their default search to only be in the collections related to user issues.  If they want to search for an internal IT or HR card they can switch to the Guru (or some other custom) knowledge agent to search all collections.  This would be most easily achieved by setting the Customer Support group to default to the Customer Support knowledge agent which is limited to the Customer Support collection.
