Two things:

  1. Ask a Question does not handle two-part questions well. In the middle screenshot, it should have answered the first part of the question but acted like it couldn’t
  2. I want the benefits of our internal docs AND the world of general knowledge that generative AI has. How can I get the response in the middle to combine information from the left (ChatGPT 4) and information on the right (a specific question to my company that Guru has resources about to answer)?

You’re correct, Answers is geared more towards a single question use case than a multi-question use case so for the time being it would likely be best to split up those multiple questions into singletons. 

Regarding your second question, that’s something we’ve been hearing and are considering but don’t have any plans around at this time.
