To somewhat 2nd this request, being able to organize by Sections would be very helpful. This would include adding Sections as a filter using the Card Manager and an option to change Sections when using Card manager.

At this time, Guru admins or Authors/Collection owners would need to bulk move cards between boards / collections via Card Manager, then manually dragged into various sections.
