Is there a way to add the “groups” filter in the Knowledge Alert readership report?

Basically, when doing reporting, we would like to exclude certain groups, as we know they will barely check the alerts and would decrease the readership %.  

Indeed, we could exclude them upfront and do not send the alert to that group. Just wondering if adding a filter on the report is something easy to sort out.
