  • What is the problem?

    • Before the most recent update to card analytics, I was able to quickly view total card copies for a card. Our KCS program uses this metric to determine card popularity and helps me quickly see the relevance of a card when curating. 

  • Who is it a problem for?

    • This is a problem for the Knowledge Manager when curating the knowledge base.

  • How do you solve the problem today?

    • I need to open a new tab and search within the card manager to find total copies.

  • How would you ideally solve the problem?

    • I would re-include total card copies within card analytics.

  • How big is the problem (business impact, frequency of impact etc.)?

    • Not large business impact but makes the curation process inefficient.
