Hi, here’s what I think it’s a bug. Here’s how to reproduce it:

• Try to create a group called Admins. You can’t
• Go to a Collection and try to assign the group Admins, it doesn’t show up in the drop down.

I could create a new group with a different name than Admins (Admins-whatever) and assign the admin users, but that would be quite hacky and redundant.
