Hey team! Wanted to request some new functionality for Guru’s editor / “Copy card content” button. We’d love to be able to configure the “Copy card content” button to only copy a section of the Guru card -- maybe through specifying an HTML element?

For some background, we primarily use Guru in the Support organization as an internal knowledge repository. While we have process cards, playbooks, etc., the majority of our cards contain saved replies for use in tickets. For a while, many of them only contained a saved reply, which made pressing “Copy card content” a very quick and easy way to copy/paste a Guru card into a ticket. Lately, however, we’ve been adding additional info to cards, such as a “Context” section, “Related cases”, etc. in an effort to improve the searchability and effectiveness of cards. However, having those extra sections means our team members have to copy and paste card content, then manually remove the internal-only portions of the card -- adding more clicks to each card used, and the potential of accidentally sending over some internal guidance to customers.

It would be awesome if we could use an HTML element to specify which section of a Guru card is a saved reply, and to set the “Copy card content” button to only copy that section of the card!
