On occasion Guru’s AI Answers! bot in our Slack channel picks up on random side questions, or ones that are too specific, or do not need answers in our knowledge base.

Our team is fully remote and used to casually ask questions throughout the day. It could be said that we should ask the team to be careful about asking questions, but I want to remove any barriers to asking questions.

It would be really helpful to have an Admin level permission to be able to archive Question/Answers that are too specific, or we deem don’t need to be addressed in our knowledge base.

I concur! We are testing questions right now and we’ve got some superfluous, repetitive or just accidental that would be great to archive.

Now that this is called the AI Training center, it would definitely be helpful if we could rephrase questions or entirely omit them. Often these are questions that lack enough context to train the right answer to the AI and leave it in a situation where it cant be resolved as flagged, unanswered or correct.

Hey gang! I feel this pain 100% as the owner of one of our Knowledge Agents and I’m excited to share that this functionality plus a few other improvements will be rolling out in the next week or so!
