I’m struggling to make any real use of Guru analytics because they don’t include asking AI a question in the Group Impact or Group/User Drilldown reports. For my company, asking Guru a question is the #1 way most everyone is using Guru (apart from folks who are creating content in Guru). In order to measure Guru adoption across teams, we need to be able to see AI questions/answers reflected in the Group Impact and Group Drilldown reports. This way, we can get a holistic answer to the question “Are our employees consistently using Guru to look for information?”

 

What I’d like to see in Analytics is:

  • Under Group Impact > Feature Usage by Group, one of the measurements should be “AI searched” or something along those lines. 
  • Under the Group and User Drilldown dashboard, AI search should also be included as an Action in the “Top Actions” report, and as an Event in the Events by User report.

If anyone has a workaround to be able to see a holistic view of Guru adoption (including the use of AI answers) I’d love to hear it!
