Hi team - would love to see an update to Knowledge Triggers. We are looking to implement more of these to surface relevant content without needing to search, but I realized there is a limitation when it comes to the “Visible To” section. This is a dropdown and only allows you to select 1 group. However, I want to be able to select multiple groups.

In my instance, we have groups for different teams. For example:

  • Internal Support team
  • External Support team (BPO)
  • Product-specific support team (payroll)

There is some content that will only be relevant to each of these groups, but also content that should be surfaced to ALL groups. Right now, I can’t do that unless I create another group for the variations (internal + external, internal + payroll, external + payroll, etc). I don’t want needless groups to clutter and add confusion. 

The ask: For the “Visible To” field, instead of a dropdown add a checkbox or add groups like currently exists for adding groups to collections etc.
