Hi,

PROBLEM: Currently, when I’m giving reader authorization on a folder, the folder path is only visible from where the permission was granted. This is destroying the logical folder path structure you have built in your collection for readers.

I have 20 software applications, all with a subfolder “work instructions” because other folders are reserved for administrators. That implies that the reader will see 20 sub folders all called work instructions but doesn’t know which folder belongs to which application. 🤯 I don’t believe that making the folder names longer adds to the user friendliness of the product.

SOLUTION: I would prefer that the folder path structure remains intact. If there are cards on a higher folder level, they should be hidden.

Is there any update on whether this is on Guru's radar? It's crucial for us to have our departments share their folders with each other.

Don’t other users have this problem? I can’t seem to find a solution for that.
