If I can add to this suggestion, it appears that triggers are raised/considered when the trigger word is apart of another word. (So for example, we set a triggers on the acronym “mbi” and because “combination” was on the url it raised the trigger inadvertently). Seems like a workaround to this might be adding a space behind the trigger word “mbi “, but wondering if there might be a better solution for this built in? Thank you!

Hello there! I’ve seen that OR conditions have been suggested by multiple users already, I wanted to join in on that request. Do we know if there is anything happening around this matter? 

Has there been any update regarding adding OR conditions to knowledge triggers?

I’m also giving this topic a bump, it would be super powerful if Knowledge Triggers could be updated with both AND and OR logic.

To expand on this, if this is something Guru can implement it would be a good opportunity to look into implementing other logical operators such as NOT, XOR (exclusive OR) and others.

For some complex triggers it would also be necessary to be able to group some aspects of trigger logic via parenthesis in order to produce the desired results since for example A AND B OR C would trigger differently than say A AND (B OR C), or (A AND OR C
