I can see this being a great feature to help the support teams!
Last week, Guru released automatic suggested answers for defined Slack channels.
If you’re a Guru admin and the Answers (beta) feature is enabled in your workspace, you can enable and manage automatic suggested answers settings under Settings > Apps and Integrations, then click Manage to the right of the Slack row.
After selecting the specific Slack channel(s), the Guru bot will confirm the automation with a message in the selected channel(s). Moving forward, whenever a Guru user asks a question in that slack channel (their message must end in a “?”), Guru will suggest answers using Guru Cards accessible to “All Members”.
