When I look at the Missing Knowledge metric in Guru, I see a list of search terms and the Non-Results Count - not really sure what that is, per my feedback here:
But anyways, I want to know the users who searched for these terms and got 0 results so that I can follow up with them and understand what they were searching for and needed so that I can make sure we get that content documented. Sometimes a search term is self-explanatory (like a setting name) but other times it’s a team-specific word that I won’t necessarily know. Without knowing who searched for that term, I won’t know where to start to close that gap.
