I’d like to be able to use the filters of card manager along with a keyword search to bring up a selection of cards. For example, sometimes we have cards on a topic (like “marketing”) that are in all kinds of different collections and we need to view them. I know we could put tags on each of the cards, but we’d still need to be able to find them all first. Using the search in Guru isn’t very helpful for this because we can’t export it or take bulk actions. 

I want to revive this request for keyword searches within Card Manager to also produce results for card contents. Tags are still non-standardized throughout the entire company, so content keywords are more reliable for us to identify for find and replace workflows.

I just came to see whether this has been requested, and it was requested by me. 😁

 

We’re changing one of our tools now, and I need to find every card that mentions that tool and tag it. We’re going to use the tags to help us track whether they’re still waiting to be updated. 

 

The only way to do this right now is to search for the keyword (either in the instance or a card export), open each card, and tag it. I want to be able to search for a keyword in card manager and add tags to all of the cards at once.
