Hi Guru team! 

We would love the ability to store templates in the collection level. We have ~2000 employees, and many of our different departments have different template needs (ie: a hiring process for support in the US, may be different than it is for R&D in India). 

We would love to be able to organize “companywide templates” separate than department (collection templates). This would avoid the need to scroll through a plethora of templates in the gallery, as well as cut back on any confusion as to which template a team member should use. 

This also leads to a concern for template management, as there could be 100+ templates with it all in one place, leading to difficult maintenance!!!
