We are getting feedback from our users that they are used to the normal link colors in the guru cards. But with the latest UI update the switch from Green to Gray icon along with the gray color for links is not well received.
Yes, we can manually change the color of the URL but the default to gray is just wasting time.
Agreed; the change to gray isn’t being received well by our users either. Our users often have to skim content while handling live calls and chats, so it’s harder for them if important links don’t visually stand out.
This decision only becomes worse the more cards you have, since there’s no admin-level option to set all links to a specific color. Instead, if you don’t like the gray, you have the option of opening one card at a time and manually changing every single link, one at a time. It’s an unreasonable lift for any team with a large database to go through.
