Hey @Lynn Miller, here’s an example what it looks like when I hover over a reaction in a Card comment:

I checked the list of what will trigger a notification from Guru and, unfortunately, reactions to comments isn’t one of the triggers. What I can do is convert this “Question” to the “Product Feedback” type so that others can upvote the idea! 

For example, for this announcement, it doesn’t list out who reacted with a thumbs up:
