have you guys ever thought about implementing a bulk upload feature via csv? for instance, we just launched a new product and have tons of FAQ's that we are putting in one by one. i would love to have been able to put those in a sheet and upload. i could then fill in the context if necessary. this also came up with our CSM team. they all worked as a group to put together plays for objection handling but they were all built together outside of guru. so they then had to put them in guru but wished to be able to bulk upload
Is there any plan to have more granular roles or permissions in Guru? Currently having to grant full Admin access to allow someone to create pages, and I don’t love that. It would be great to be able to create custom roles with specific access.
We use Guru for all of our knowledge management but have noticed we need to rely on a separate tool (LearnUpon) to create knowledge checks and it requires manually moving Guru card info over into this other tool (to assess understanding of Guru materials). I see this isn’t possible within Guru, but is there a Guru integration that could do this? We are specifically looking to use this for training new hires and new processes.

We rely on Teams for chat and video meetings, Outlook for emails, and SharePoint for managing shared documents. We’re looking for a solution to help us with the following: 1. Team Collaboration: We want an easy way for team members to share their work updates and discuss shared challenges or tasks. 2. Team Management: The team lead needs a clear overview of each team member's ongoing tasks and progress. However, some personal chats in Teams should be excluded from this process. 3. Meeting Summaries: We are also curious if Guru offers any AI-powered features for summarizing Teams video meetings or supports integration with other solutions that can handle this task. Given these needs, would Guru be a suitable solution for us? If not, are there integrations or additional tools you recommend using alongside Guru to meet these requirements? Hi all! I add a couple of quick questions for the group. Is there a way to automatically alphabetize sections / groups? Also is there any way to show the last updated/verified timestamp on the front of the card? To clarify, one user doesn't want to click the card then click Details he was hoping we could potentially put the last verified timestamp on the front of the card itself. Let me know, thank you!
I’ve noticed that the Guru Chrome extension has started to make requests to https://js.userflow.com/es2020/userflow.js and https://api.rollbar.com/api/1/item/ While most sites have CORS policies that block these requests it would appear that the extension is now tracking user behaviour. Is this known? Did I miss a change in privacy/Ts&Cs?
As an Admin, I would love to be able to create/invite (and remove) users through the API. Is there a way to do this? Imagine being able to set up Users directly from a list of emails in an Excel spreadsheet using Power Query. So easy and quick!
Hi, We’re trying to retrieve certain cards from a collection based on whether they have a specific tag present, but we’re not having much luck. Example body below using “search for cards using JSON Query” - if we search without the “query block” below, we get results, if we search with it we get an “error parsing JSON body” response { "query": { "type": "tag", "op": "EXISTS", "ids": [ "TAGNAME" ] } "searchTerms": "search string", "queryType": "cards", "collectionIds": [ "COLLECTIONID" ] } Any help would be appreciated

Whenever you search on a key word and hit enter, you see a list with all the results. For every page there is a preview where the keywords that you used are highlighted. Is it possible in Guru to get the page to automatically open on the section of the page that you also saw as a preview?
I’m finding when I go to edit the title of a card that is also a link on another Guru article, the link doesnt update with a new title. Is there a way around this or perhaps i’m doing it incorrectly?
I’m using the Try It! tool in the API Reference to test the results of a card search. My search should return more than 50 cards that match my search term. I’m trying to figure out how to get the Link Header indicating another page of search results exists. My URL is “"https://api.getguru.com/api/v1/search/query?searchTerms=filters&queryType=cards&showArchived=false&maxResults=50&includeCardAttributes=false"” Is there an example of how to get search results and page thru them?
While browsing this forum, I notice there are a lot of open requests/questions that are left unanswered, even if they have upvotes. It seems like not everything is seen by the Guru-developers. Which is unfortunate, because I see a lot of helpful requests I'm interested in myself, but a lot have them have been ‘open’ for years. I understand not everything is possible, but if there's no answer, you just don't know if people have seen it. I'm curious how this works, can you have bad luck that your post isn't seen and will be too old after some time to get attention? Is there a way to make sure you get an answer on an old post? For instance, is there someone I should tag or can I do something to signal that the question/request is still relevant now?

We are migrating articles from an in-house SQL database to Guru. We want to retain the dateCreate and lastModified dates from our database. I tried to set these values using the Card create & update API’s, but my passed values were ignored.
Is there a way to exclude cards with a specific tag in your search? For example if we mark cards with #experiment because they're part of a test, can we then search and exclude that tag?
Is there a way for me to move cards to another collection without using APIs? Tahank you
