Hi All! Is anyone else encountering an issue where they cannot restore archived cards? Not a big issue right now as these are just the intro cards, but wanted to see if this was an isolated issue or if I’m missing something obvious :? Thanks!

I just read into the Confluence knowledge synch, and it says "Guru's Confluence Sync will sync the entire Space from Confluence." Is there a possibility to limit the synch to specific pages/parts of Confluence?

Hi,I have a user who made changes to a Guru card for which I am the Verifier. In short, the changes made by the user are wrong, and they have virtually re-written the card to be incorrect. I want to use the previous trusted and Verified version of the card, and reject the changes. I do not want to have to rewrite my entire card from scratch!How can I reject/revert the change to the previous version? Thank you!

Hi Guru team, A fun bug for you!If I set a guru card to Restricted access (to which I have access), and then link to it from another Guru card, the link appears as “invalid guru card”. If I click it (left-click) it tells me it is invalid/doesn’t exist. If I right-click and open in a new tab, it resolves the URL and I can access it :)To replicate:Create a Restricted guru card, as the author (I have full access). Create another guru card, and link to the Restricted card.  

Is there a way to keep the Guru Slack bot from posting newly created Guru cards in a channel?

I have a question about the “usage” performance metric, referring back to this Help Center article: Evaluating Performance AnalyticsUnder “Understanding the Data › Guru usage”, it says:Here, Guru usage is defined as viewing or copying a Card while a ticket is open. This is not specific to AI Suggest; it represents all Guru usage over support conversations. So am I understanding this correctly, whenever I have a ticket open on Intercom in one browser tab and any Guru Card in another tab, that counts as usage in a support conversation?I’m trying to find out how relevant that data really is. So in my example, I could have been viewing a Card on whatever topic on Guru while my Intercom tab with that conversation was still open, and Guru would count my viewing of the Card as support usage?Sorry, likely missing something and a bit confused, appreciate any advice…

I think something changed. We used to be able to re-assign questions that were assigned to us, but now we can only re-assign the ones we’ve sent. Is this intentional? Is the feature coming back? 

I can’t get past this error when validating a zip import file:“We encountered an error parsing this board's yaml file: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'replace')”The error is on this board1.yaml fileTitle: import testingItems:- ID: "card1"  Type: "card"- ID: "card2"  Type: "card" I get the same validation error when board1.yaml is exactly the same as the example here https://developer.getguru.com/docs/importing-a-zip-directory#boardsIs this a problem with the validator or with the data? If I omit the boards yaml entirely, validation passes, but import fails with Error parsing yaml file.  

Is there a way to bulk archive the cards that are not in a board? Not sure if I’m missing anything. Thanks!

Would it be possible to allow non-http/https links? I’d like to put links to Intune Company Portal and Jamf Self Service which use companyportal: and jamfselfservice: URIs respectively.

When I paste an animated .gif into a card it plays it once and then freezes on the last frame, as apposed to replying the .gif on loop.

Our team is (FINALLY) starting to use the Guru Q+A function for asking and answering questions, but we’re running into a couple of snags for implementation. Is it possible to view the answers from another asker’s question in the Card Manager?  Is it possible to get any sort of analytics around a particular user’s (or group of users’) usage of the Q+A function outside of the drilldown?  In the drilldown, is there a way to see what questions a user is asking? And if so, can we automate a report to show us their usage of the function?  Thanks, in advance, for the help! :)

They do not need to edit or add any content, only view. They do not have access to any internal systems, including Guru and Drive.  I made a card that is in a Collection with Public Access yet when I access it from a different browser, I’m asked to login to Guru: https://app.getguru.com/card/cn9bGe4i/Test-2-Embed-from-Drive (it’s my wifi bill, nothing with PII ) 

Anyone else feel compelled to continually check the Task/Verification list cause they want the red dots to go away?! LOL - I accept that I’ve been conditioned by my phone to want those things to disappear, so can you help me Guru?   

Has anyone else experienced issues with lost images in cards?  We have a couple cards in our collection that the images no longer load, but it had been working a few months back.  Is there a way to recover these images?

Hey folks 👋I’d like to introduce KCS and Intelligent Swarming for our customer facing teams. Do you have any experiencee or resources how to do it with Guru? I’m thinking about a kick off workshop with one team first where I outline the basics of KCS and Intelligent Swarming and then show how it can be done with Guru.

I was able to add the Guru Slack app last week and it disappeared this week. (This may have been due to some security changes for my work’s Slack)I am running into the same issue I had when I first tried adding it. When I click Add Guru Wiki, it brings me to the Guru page and when I click Enable Guru + Slack it brings me to the Slack page and it is an endless loop. 

Is there a way to “quiz” the audience after a knowledge sharing card to ensure they have grasped the concept that was shared?

Hey all!So this is going to be a super random question, but is there any way to edit the actual visibility of the templates? It’s a difficult thing to try to explain, but we have 14 or 15 different templates, one for each of the products that we have support, and they’re all getting used.Our Support Engineers themselves however, only work on a (at most) 2 products, and they can only write into the collections that they work on through the Groups and Permissions that have been set for them, but even if the templates aren’t relevant to that one individual, they still see them.So I guess the TLDR question is, is it possible to tie templates to specific Groups / Permissions, so we can ensure that the templates that are displayed are tailored to that users characteristics.
