Hi everyone,I got my PMP certification in June, and now that I have access to the Project Management Institute’s library of templates, I thought I would modify some of them to help the Guru community run their knowledge projects better.A common problem I hear during a Guru implementation, expansion, or audit is that someone unexpected has come forward upset that they weren’t consulted or feels like their needs weren’t heard in the planning phases of the project. With that in mind, I’ve created this worksheet you can use to take a register of all stakeholders, which will help you determine how best to work with them.The worksheet asks you to look at how many Guru cards the person verifies and their activities, but if you are new to Guru, you can consider another method of measuring their interaction with knowledge and record that here.

Does anyone have any tips, suggestions, templates on how to effectively communicate system/product incidents? Not everyone has access to Jira and often the info in there are too overwhelming for the non tech peers so is there a better way?

When it comes to verification, does anyone have tips for how to motivate your team to keep their content updated? I think I read someone once did a pizza party?

Who built really cool FAQs in Guru? I know there was a discussion sometime somewhat recently (but really, what is time anymore?) I'm looking to put together an FAQ around specific topics and I am curious if you've done this in your instance? What does your structure look like? How do you utilize the Sections and Board Groups?

One of my Thrasio colleagues recorded a video showing how you can use a quick Chrome browser hack to search for Guru cards in 2 seconds! Has anyone had to pitch internally Guru vs Confluence? We are looking to expand Guru use in the company but need to pitch to leadership why it's better than Confluence (no brainer...but I still need to put together a pitch). Hey community, because we are using Guru for quiet sometime a whole year is already over and a lot of "general" cards need verification again Is there an option for bulk request of verifications?

Anyone know a way to have links to a different portion of a card? Like if i had a table of contents on the top of the card but with a links to take you to the middle section or end section?

How do y'all handle multiple content creators? The time has come for me to set up a knowledge council and get more people creating cards. My thought is to establish a few templates that we all agree on how to use, and then unless there are questions about format/content/visibility, the individuals on the council are trusted to just let it rip and make it live. Am I being foolhardy with that view? Should I be a bottle-neck of approval on all cards? Would love your thoughts, friends. Thanks!!

Hi everyone! I'd love to hear your thoughts on organizing and restructuring content. Many of us have gone through the process of getting information into Guru, but what happens when the time comes to revisit that knowledge and restructure it? I'm thinking especially of determining which cards are related to each other in a series, or making the hierarchy of information really clear.

Hello everyone. I have a daily meeting with my agents to go over things like sales, experiments, announcements, bugs, etc.. Does anybody have a template that they use for something like this or that they recommend? I checked out the Guru templates and didn't see one that really fit. Thank you!
